Hugh Hefner and Crystal set wedding date
Hugh and Crystal are getting married on June 18th at the playboy mansion. He is 84 and she is 24, personally i think thats a really discusting. He is too old to be getting married, and he is especially to old to be getting married to a 24 year old. He is going to die soon, and she still has more than half her life left. So if she really does love him, then when he dies her heart will be broke. But they say she hasnt been around for a long time, and that shes just after him to get his money. If they divorce then she will end up getting half of his money, and i dont think thats right. I think she only wants him for his money, cause he is way too old for her.

Wisconsin power play
Wisconsin is facing budget crunch and cut backs on prices. But it isnt all about the budget its about the power. The govenor wants to get rid of the unions and the democrats are supposed to vote that they fled the state. I didnt think the article made much sense to me. It was really hard to understand and it was pretty boring and uninteresting.

'Bieber Fever' is a symptom of what ails the music industry
Fans were enraged when Esperanza Spalding won the grammy for 'best new artist' and not Justin Bieber. They threatened her with sayings like 'im going to kill you' or 'i hope you die.' When Justin and Selena Gomez were seen kissing, some fans even said that they were going to kill themselves.
"So, @EspeSpalding just won with less than 10,000 followers on twitter. LOL. Sorry, I must have accidently turned my t.v to Punk'd. #Grammys"
"you have a 3D movie? do 86 concerts? sell out MSG in 22 minutes? have 7mil followers? no? uh..why da heck you win a grammy?"
Those were some of the things Justin's fans were saying to Esperanza Spalding.

Iowa high school senior killed in minnesota crash
The crash happened at 10pm on friday, on an icy part on highway 63. The car clipped a third vehicle that was headed south. The car crossed into the northbound lane, into the path of a snowplow. Brook Elliot had been the schools homecoming queen, but died. I think that this article is really sad. I dont like hearing about young kids dying because its super sad. If i was a parent and that happened, i wouldn't know what to do. And its really sad that she was the homecoming queen.

Prison for N. Minn. man who drove drunk, killed best friend
A drunk driver was on his motorcycle trying to avoid hitting his dog, rolled over and killed his life long friend of thirty years. He was sentanced to two years in prison, and was charged with involuntary manslaughter. My reaction to this was i felt really bad and it was a sad article. If i killed my best friend of that long I wouldnt know what to do with myself, especially if i was sentanced to 2 years in prison and was charged with involuntary manslaughter.

Little girl is allergic to cold
A little girl cant get cold or eat anything that's cold. She cant be in or eat anything that's below 70 degrees or she will have an allergic reaction. If the reaction is left untreated it could possibly kill her. She has to take antihistamines twice a day and carry an epipen everywhere she goes. She has to take baths as hot as she can take it and use heated towels when she is done. My reaction was a little different because i have never heard of it before. If i were her that would really suck, especially since she lives in new york... For her parents it must be a really big hassle to buy things that are above 70 degrees, and to make sure she never ever gets cold.

5 inches of snow in Dallas, Texas!
By the early morning there was 5 inches of snow on the ground in the Dallas area. Roads were closed due to all the snow and commotion, so people couldn't go anywhere that day. I thought it was kind of weird that they got snow, because I didn't think that they even got snow down there. It's also kind of funny so see how everything shuts down after a couple inches of snow, whereas in the north, everything stays open and there is still lots of people outside running errands.
Girl born with red scaley skin
There was a girl born with a disease that makes her skin red and scaly. She has to peel off the top layer of her skin everyday and put a thick layer of lotion on top after she does. She gets a lot of weird looks from people, and questions like, "Did you put your daughter in a microwave?" If I were this girl, I wouldn't really know what to do. Applying lotion to your skin every half hour of the day would just be a pain. But in the aritcle it says she is happy and has lots of friends at school, so i'm glad she's atleast happy with her life.
