A-ROLL “Having live bands, a variety of different lights and having a school dance like in the movie Grease where the best dances wins a prize!” Why don’t most kids go to the school dances anyways? Well I think that some people would rather spend time by themselves or with a big group of friends instead of awkwardly standing there One of the Eastview teachers got a good laugh out of this one! Do you, personally, think that the “no grinding rule” is a factor in why some kids don’t go? (laughs) I think that may be a reason why.. But from what I hear from my students they get boring pretty darn fast! What is your personal opinion on school dances? I think that they would be more fun if more people went. Too few people go, so i don’t feel like it would be worth it for me to go to one anyways. Besides, I’ve been to them and they were all really boring, I’d rather hang out with my bro’s! Do you think school dances are fun? If no, why? If yes, why? No, because a lot of people just stand there not knowing what to do and it makes me feel uncomfortable being there!
